24th August - £1500 raised for EARL MOUNTBATTEN HOSPICE

Many thanks to everyone who helped make this a great day at the Bay. Over £1500 was raised for the Earl Mountbatten Hospice.

As you can see below some people took the "Wear Something Yellow" theme a little too far!!!

24th August - FBGC CHARITY CHALLENGE

Some great scores posted yesterday. Stuart Morris shot the best score of the day , 41 points, to win the best individual, and over 55s. Stuart, Geoff Ruck, Mike Black & Tony Black won the team trophy. 

The father and daughter combination of Eddie & Millie Martin won the best aggregate pairs with 80 points, with Millie also winning the best Lady.

FBGC JUNIORS win IOW League

Congratulations to the team of George Faulkner, Alex Harmer, Josh Macgregor, Ollie McArthur and Daniel Harris on winning the 2014 Island Junior League.
This year was a very tightly run affair with the league having to be decided on the head to head results between ourselves and Shanklin & Sandown.
This was the third year running that we have won the league, which is a great achievement for such a small Junior Section.
